The blend of 87% Baby Alpaca and 13% Merino wool creates a soft feel and a voluminous knit that remains pleasantly lightweight. Baby Alpaca offers natural temperature-regulating properties, while Merino wool adds volume and elasticity to the fabric. The result is a cosy jumper for cooler days.
Fine ribbed cuffs and hem complete the understated design. Whether worn for everyday activities, a relaxed afternoon or a smart-casual look, Elina can be styled in many different ways. The jumper is made under fair working conditions in Cusco, Peru. The Merino wool used comes from mulesing-free sources.

Our story began long before Abolengo de Alpaca: As a fourth-generation bedding specialist, we have dedicated ourselves to restful sleep and honest, natural materials for decades. For more than 20 years, we have also kept our own herd of around 100 alpacas in the Münsterland region of Germany. Among other things, we produce our own alpaca bedding, socks and many other products. Our range is complemented by carefully selected products from Peru – the native home of the alpaca. We are passionate about alpaca wool because of its natural temperature-regulating properties, softness and durability.
