The men’s jumper is made from 100% Royal Baby Alpaca. This term refers to an exceptionally fine grade of alpaca fibre measuring less than 19 microns – not to the age of the animals. This carefully selected fibre quality gives the jumper an exceptionally soft and smooth feel. At the same time, alpaca wool provides comfortable warmth without feeling heavy or unnecessarily bulky. Its natural temperature-regulating properties help maintain a balanced level of comfort on cooler days.
The classic crew neckline is subtly emphasised by a narrow ribbed trim. The cuffs and hem are also ribbed, giving the otherwise understated design a clean and structured finish. Its straight, body-skimming fit creates a refined silhouette while still allowing comfortable freedom of movement.
Wallpa can be styled casually with jeans and trainers or worn more elegantly with chinos, a shirt and leather shoes. Thanks to its fine knit, it can also be comfortably worn underneath a jacket or coat. This makes it an excellent choice for the transitional seasons as well as autumn and winter.
The jumper is available in the natural and versatile shades Natural Grey, Light Taupe, Black and Natural Taupe and in sizes S, M, L and XL.
For everyday care, gently airing the jumper is often sufficient. For more thorough cleaning, please follow the instructions on the care label to preserve its fine surface, softness and shape for as long as possible.

Our story began long before Abolengo de Alpaca: As a fourth-generation bedding specialist, we have dedicated ourselves to restful sleep and honest, natural materials for decades. For more than 20 years, we have also kept our own herd of around 100 alpacas in the Münsterland region of Germany. Among other things, we produce our own alpaca bedding, socks and many other products. Our range is complemented by carefully selected products from Peru – the native home of the alpaca. We are passionate about alpaca wool because of its natural temperature-regulating properties, softness and durability.
