In this case, we provide some of your order data (name, order number, email address, amount, currency, country) to LTC Information Services GmbH for payment processing.     16. Brevo

    Abolengo de Alpaca uses Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) for sending newsletters. The provider is Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Brevo").

    Brevo is a service that allows the organization and analysis of newsletter distribution. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored on Brevo's servers.

    If you do not wish for Brevo to analyze your data, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide an appropriate link for this purpose in each newsletter message.

    Data Analysis by Brevo: With the help of Brevo, we can analyze our newsletter campaigns. For example, we can see whether a newsletter message was opened and which links were clicked. This allows us to identify which links were particularly popular.

    Additionally, we can determine if certain predefined actions were taken after opening or clicking the newsletter (conversion rate). For example, we can see if you made a purchase after clicking on the newsletter.

    Brevo also enables us to segment the newsletter recipients into different categories (clustering). This allows us to segment recipients by gender, location, etc., so we can better tailor the newsletters to specific target groups.

    Legal Basis: Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected.

    Storage Duration: The data you provide for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from both our servers and Brevo's servers after you unsubscribe. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g., email addresses for the members' area) remain unaffected.
