The mattress topper is an all-season product with an exclusive finish. We have chosen the finest quality batiste made of 100% cotton on both sides for the cover of the topper. The filling consists of 100% premium alpaca fleece. The alpaca topper is made in a small manufacture in Germany, where it is also equipped with functional anchor straps on the four corners. Of course, we produce the mattress topper in all standard sizes. Some of our customers are using the popular alpaca topper also in their caravan or boat, then it is, of course, made-to-measure. Nature mattress topper

In our bed shops, which we are now running in the fourth generation, we, of course, also offer other toppers in addition to our alpaca mattress toppers. Many of these are made of natural materials such as virgin sheep's wool, natural latex, camel hair, or, as mentioned above, fine alpaca fleece. Of course, we also offer synthetic mattress toppers made of natural materials, such as cold foam, visco, or gel. Needless to say, choosing the right topper always depends on special requirements. 
In general, however, natural hair has a particular sleeping climate, which is very important for a restful and healthy sleep. The finer the natural hair used, the better the temperature characteristics are generally. This applies especially to the alpaca fleece, as it consistently has the same structure and fineness throughout, in contrast to other natural hair such as cashmere. Cashmere goats have an upper and a lower coat, which clearly differs in fineness. Using only the finest quality, the conditions are different compared to the cashmere goat itself, which regulates its temperature by the combination of its skins. It is only through the combination that the goat can adjust the temperature properly in both cold and warm situations. It is different with the alpacas; they also use all their fleece for this purpose, but the fleece is also completely used when shearing them. Here the fineness is the same throughout, and there is no separation into upper and lower fur. This means that the same temperature-regulating properties can be achieved for the alpaca fleece like those of the alpaca itself. This is, of course, excellently reflected in the quality of the alpaca nature toppers. These mattress toppers provide an ideal sleeping climate. You will neither freeze nor sweat.
